Neighborhoods
Where we work in Chicago.
The 2021 version of this site featured six Chicago communities: Bronzeville, the Loop, Edgewater, Uptown, Greater Austin on the West Side, and Lakeview. Here they are, along with the neighborhoods where we've closed since.
Bronzeville
Historic South Side neighborhood once known as the Black Metropolis, with greystones, courtyard buildings and new development along 47th Street. Our team's office is at The Blues District Residences on E. 47th Street.
Hyde Park
Lakefront South Side neighborhood around the University of Chicago, with vintage courtyard buildings and mid-rise apartments.
Washington Park
South Side neighborhood around the park of the same name, designed by Olmsted and Vaux.
South Shore
Lakefront South Side neighborhood near Jackson Park, home of the Obama Presidential Center, with many vintage courtyard and walk-up buildings.
South Loop
Just south of downtown along Michigan Avenue and the lakefront museum campus.
The Loop
Chicago's central business district.
Edgewater
North Side lakefront neighborhood with vintage courtyard buildings and high-rises along Sheridan Road.
Uptown
North Side neighborhood known for its historic entertainment district and dense vintage apartment stock.
Lakeview
North Side lakefront neighborhood that includes Wrigleyville, with walk-ups and courtyard buildings.
Greater Austin (West Side)
West Side community area bordering Oak Park, with two-flats, courtyard buildings and mid-size apartment buildings.
Dolton (south suburbs)
South suburban village where we sold Dorchester Townhomes twice.
